Heat treatment and statistical analysis of SiCp/Al composite

采用四因素多水平组合热处理试验与统计分析相结合的方法研究了粉末冶金制备的12%SiCp/6066Al(体积分数)复合材料的热处理工艺参数与硬度间的关系.结果表明,复合材料与基体合金相比具有峰值提前效应;热处理工艺参数主效应由强到弱依次为时效时间、固溶温度、时效温度、固溶时间;时效时间与时效温度一级交互作用也较重要,其他一级、二级和三级交互作用较小.12%SiCp/6066Al复合材料的优化热处理工艺参数为530℃固溶90min,水淬170℃时效6h.
