对经不同规范火工处理的热轧铜沉淀强化钢进行了拉伸和冲击试验,采用透射电子显微镜对火工处理前后钢板的微观结构进行了分析.结果表明,峰值温度为850℃、不同冷却方式和处理次数的火工处理均使钢的强度降低、冲击韧性提高,且强韧性的变化幅度随着冷却速度的降低、处理次数的增多而增大;微观结构分析表明在火工处理过程中,α-Fe基体发生回复与再结晶,同时ε-Cu析出颗粒发生粗化,导致强度下降,韧性提高.
