本文介绍了新型F级低温快固化无溶剂浸渍漆的组成、技术特性及工艺性能，对该漆性能的影响因素进行了分析。该漆能在120～140℃下快速固化，可广泛用于B～F级电器线圈的绝缘浸渍处理。
A new class F solventless impregnating varnish which can be cured completely in 120～140℃ for 1～2h is introduced in this paper.It is made of a epoxy unsaturated polyester、styrene、TMA crosslinker、TE crosslinking accelerant、free radical initiating agents and so on.It has long pot-life in ambient temperature、fast curing rate in baking temperature and other good impregnating processabilities.The electric insulating properties、adhesive strength、solvent resistance of the varnish were measured.It is applyable for all kinds of class E～F small motors,fractional-horsepower motors,special motors and electric-supply transformers.
