以苯胺衍生物为改性剂,叔胺类有机碱为催化剂,合成了改性酚醛树脂.讨论了改性剂用量、甲醛和苯酚摩尔比以及催化剂种类和用量对改性酚醛树脂游离酚含量及环氧酚醛玻璃布板的浸水后绝缘电阻的影响,确定了苯胺衍生物改性酚醛树脂的配方和合成工艺.结果表明用该树脂制造环氧酚醛玻璃布板,其浸水后绝缘电阻符合IEC标准.
