用空气中介质阻挡放电 (DBD)产生的常压低温等离子体对聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯 (PET)薄膜进行表面改性.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察、接触角测量和 X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)等手段研究了 DBD处理前后 PET的表面特性.试验结果表明,PET表面经 DBD等离子体处理后,其表面微观样貌和表面化学成份均发生变化.经 DBD处理 10s后,PET的表面含氧量增加到 35%,表面水接触角降到37°.
