综述了含磷环氧树脂固化剂研究的新进展.主要包括胺类含磷固化剂、磷羟基类固化剂及二亚膦酸酯固化剂.介绍了这三类含磷固化剂的典型化学结构以及它们的合成.通过不含磷的环氧树脂比较的基础上,详细陈述了由含磷固化剂制备的环氧树脂的性能,尤其是阻燃性能和耐热性能.对含磷环氧树脂在电气电子领域的应用作了探讨,并对其在今后的研究作了展望.
