用动态差示扫描量热法和热重分析法研究了 PPE/EP体系的固化反应和热分解反应,结果表明,其固化反应热和最大放热峰的峰温均随着 PPE含量的增加而减小.PPE/EP体系的分解过程为一级反应;以 Kissinger最大失重速率法求得表观活化能为 184.54kJ/mol;以 Ozawa等失重百分率法求得 10%~ 30%的失重率下反应表观活化能在 208.09~ 188.64kJ/mol之间,频率因子 InA值在 34.55~ 31.05min- 1之间,表明 PPE/EP体系的热稳定性很高,这为覆铜板的制作提供了重要动力学参数.
