概述了用于电容器储能的新型绝缘材料的国内外研究现状,介绍用于提高绝缘材料介电性能的新方法,即低温等离子体技术.从低温等离子体的化学活性出发,重点阐述了可以用于制备、改性绝缘材料的不同等离子体技术和这些技术的发展前景.
