以苯并(噁)嗪树脂为主体,用环氧酯进行改性,通过潜伏性固化剂调节漆液的固化速度并保持漆液的贮存稳定性,制备了一种适用于沉浸及VPI工艺的新型无溶剂绝缘浸渍漆.利用旋转粘度计、红外光谱、DSC和TGA对无溶剂漆的适用性和可靠性进行了研究.结果表明,该无溶剂漆具有较好的工艺性、贮存稳定性、以及良好的耐热性和低挥发性.
