为了研究大气压空气等离子体对绝缘材料表面改性的影响,采用介质阻挡放电对聚苯乙烯进行了表面改性.通过接触角测量仪、扫描电镜、原子力显微镜和X射线光电子能谱对处理前后表面润湿性、结构形貌和化学成分的观测.结果表明:处理后表面润湿性改善,表面微结构形貌粗糙化,表面发生氧化和氮化.增加表面粗糙度和引入含氧、含氮高结合能官能团是改善材料表面润湿性的主要原因.
