采用非等温差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了氰酸酯/环氧树脂/苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(CE/EP/SMA)三元体系的固化反应动力学.通过线性回归分析得到了不同升温速率下,固化反应的凝胶化温度(Ti)、固化温度(Tp)和后处理温度(Tt).根据Kissinger方法,求得表观活化能为63.71 kJ/mol;根据Flynn-Wall-Oza-wa法,得到反应表观活化能为68.07kJ/mol;根据Crane方程,得到反应级数为0.89,确定其固化反应动力学方程为-da/dt=K(1-α)0.89.
