采用碳纤维(CF)和硫酸钡(BaSO4)两种填料混杂填充制备CF/BaSO4/PTFE复合材料,在固定CF用量为10%的条件下,探讨了BaSO4用量对CF/BaSO4/PTFE复合材料拉伸性能、硬度和磨损性能的影响,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对复合材料磨损表面进行分析研究.结果表明:BaSO4用量对复合材料的性能有很大影响,当其质量分数为20%时,复合材料耐磨性能最好,综合性能最佳.SEM分析表明:CF、BaSO4能比较均匀地分布在PTFE基体中.
