以偏苯三酸酐(TMA)和二缩三乙二醇(TEG)为原料合成了端基为两个羧基、一个羟基的AB2型单体,用TMA为核,采用一步法制备了新一代超支化聚酯,然后在相转移催化剂下与环氧氯丙烷反应进行端基环氧功能化制备了超支化环氧树脂HTTE-1.利用HTTE-1与Al2O3纳米粒子复合改性环氧树脂制备纳米复合材料,并对其性能进行了研究.结果表明:所得三元纳米复合材料体系的韧性优于单独填充纳米粒子体系,热导率提高.
