采用一种能溶于双酚A环氧树脂的双马来酰亚胺(BMI)改性环氧酸酐体系.利用DSC分析了改性树脂体系的固化反应及其动力学,通过TGA分析了BMI含量对环氧酸酐体系热稳定性的影响.结果表明:采用非等温DSC研究体系的固化动力学,固化反应的表观活化能ΔE为60.76 kJ/mol;固化反应级数n为0.94.随着体系中BMI含量的增加,体系的热分解温度逐渐提高,当BMI的含量大于40%时,体系的耐热性显著提高.
