概述TiO2半导体光电催化分解水制氢基本原理,着重介绍平带电位的影响和nO2薄膜的性能,并概括了施加外加偏置电压的方法;概述了常见的半导体修饰方法的基本原理.最后指出光电催化制氢尚待解决的一些基本问题并展望了光电催化制氢的应用前景.
