{"currentpage":1,"firstResult":0,"maxresult":10,"pagecode":5,"pageindex":{"endPagecode":5,"startPagecode":1},"records":[{"abstractinfo":"锌离子在胰岛素中扮演着非常重要的角色,这是因为通过金属离子与蛋白质之间的相互作用,使得胰岛素的结构发生变化并影响胰岛素的生物功能.因此,去锌胰岛素在金属和蛋白识别以及结构研究中是必需的.该文采用乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)二钠盐与锌离子进行配合作用形成稳定的[Zn-EDTA]2-配合物来去除胰岛素中的锌离子,然后用Sephadex
