II-VI族半导体量子点及其聚合物纳米复合材料在光催化剂、电致或光致发光器件等方面都有优异的表现.这些材料的性能依赖于它们的制备方法.一方面半导体量子点必须稳定,另一方面量子点的发光性能要好,因此控制量子点的尺寸分布和表面状态非常重要.本文综述了II-VI族半导体量子点及其聚合物纳米复合材料的制备方法以及各种方法的特点,并讨论了其发展动态.
