研制文物保护用硅丙材料,使其既具有有机硅树脂耐高温、耐光、透气等性能,又具有丙烯酸酯类树脂的柔韧性、高附着性等性能.使用不同溶剂、同一固化剂的不同含量与W30-50硅丙材料配比,采用FTIR-ATR分析W30-50硅丙材料官能团及加入固化剂后的结构变化特点.通过失重率及傅立叶变换红外光谱跟踪评定其耐光、耐候、耐冻融等老化性能.结果表明,W30-0与固化剂的最佳配比是以二甲苯为溶剂的100:25,具备了文物保护中对封护材料的特殊要求.
