研究了电场奥氏体化对低碳钢的淬火组织的影响,在低碳钢奥氏体化过程中施加100~300kV/m的直流静电场,增加奥氏体的稳定性,抑制随后冷却过程中奥氏体向珠光体的转变,造成冷却过程中CCT曲线右移,提高了低碳钢的淬透性.
