将泡沫铝实验室生产工艺扩大了几百倍,进行了工程化生产泡沫铝的试验,发现了一些在试验室阶段不太明显和没有遇到的问题,如泡沫铝无泡层过厚和泡沫铝内部产生大裂纹和空腔等问题,讨论了这些问题的形成原因与抑制措施.
