介绍了一种新的局部腐蚀实时监/检测方法--耦合多电极矩阵传感器技术.概述了耦合多电极矩阵传感器的工作原理及其探头构造,重点讨论了它的应用研究现状和数据处理问题,并根据目前数据处理中存在的不足,提出将现代数字信号处理技术、材料加工技术和耦合多电极矩阵传感器技术三者互相结合可能代表其未来发展的方向.
