分析了不锈钢粉尘的矿相结构,并对粉尘中各氧化物还原的热力学进行计算,采用自行设计的竖直螺旋管输送反应器,对不锈钢粉尘在中低温条件下进行氢还原实验,探讨了温度和反应时间对粉尘还原率的影响.结果表明,最长还原时间达到300 s,反应温度从500到700 ℃,还原率从39.36%升高到64.30%.
