采用基体浆料浸渍纤维束、缠绕成型、层叠并热压的方法获得了强、韧而且致密的碳纤维增强钡长石基复合材料.在热压期间,基体中的单斜相钡长石由玻璃态钡长石原位转变生成.单向碳纤维增强钡长石基复合材料表现出良好的力学失效特性,在室温三点弯曲实验中具有普遍的纤维拔出.抗弯强度和断裂韧性分别为359±20MPa和8.3MPam1/2.
