微生物合成高分子材料因其有着突出的优点,尤其是其生产过程和产品对环境友好,而倍受关注.我们研究了微生物Pseudomonas stutzeri 1317合成聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHAs)的分子结构调控.研究了培养基组成和培养条件对PHA合成的影响.以不同碳数的正烷酸为碳源,制得了不同单体单元组成的系列PHAs.考察了代谢控物丙烯酸对合成过程的影响.
