本文分析了热喷涂梯度液相烧结时液相迁移和元素扩散的动力学过程，建立了相应的数学模型，并给出了实测数据，最后，讨论了界面扩散对基材的影响。
In this pater, the dynamic process of liquid-phase transference and diffusion of thermal spray coating have been studied.The math model for that have been established, the experment data are presented in lase, the effect of interface diffusion on substrate have been discussed.
