聚合物进行增韧是一种新方法。本文采用液晶环氧PHBHQ与BMI和4,4'一二氨基二苯基双酚A(DDBA)的预聚体合成共聚物,并用FTIR,SEM表征了共聚物的结构。结果表明,当BMI:DDBA=1:1.5时,PHBHQ的增韧效果最佳,且共聚物的综合性能也较好。
It is a new way for toughtening by thermotropic liquid crystal polymer. The copolymers based on liquid crystalline epoxy PHBHQ and prepolymers of BMI and 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl biphenol A(DDBA) have been prepared. The copolymer structure is characterized by FTIR and SEM. The results show that the toughtening effect is the best when the BMI/DDBA ratio is equal to 1:1.5.
