本文以锫铁红颜料为基础,通过实验证明以CeO2、V2O5为外加剂有利于颜料正常呈色,XRD、DTA、XPS测试表明,CeO2、V2O5可降低ZrSiO4的合成温度,促进着色晶体形成。从电子构型分析,认为CeO2、V2O5的作用主要是由于元素自身存在的可变价态和顺磁应性所表现出的与催化性能间的因果关系。

The experiments in which the amounts of CeO2 and V2 O5 in Iron-Zircon pink pigment was additive were arranged. It was shown that they were favourable for the colouration of the pigment. By test such as XRD、 DTA、 XPS etc, we disclosed CeO2 and V2 O5 could depress the temperature of systhesis and promote the formation of coloring crystal. By the analysis of electronic structure,it was known the main action of CeO2 and V2 O5 in the pigment was this element variable valence and electron spin induction displayed catalysis property.
