本文采用二步法热压合成了γ-AlON-TiN新复相材料,对纯γ-AlON及复相材料进行了热分析(Thermal analysis),发现纯γ-AlON在819.7℃时发生分解,而γ-AlON-TiN复相材料的分解温度有所推迟,TiN质量百分含量为5%的复相材料分解温度874.5℃,TiN质量百分含量为10%的复相材料在本实验温度范围内(~1000℃)没有发现分解现象,对热分析后的样品进行XRD分析,结果表明分解后的相组成不变,证明吸热峰是由分解所致.
