通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺杂有生物染色剂的SiO2彩色溶胶,利用提拉法在普通玻璃上镀膜,制得了均匀透明,颜色鲜亮,可回收利用的彩色玻璃.彩色玻璃在可见光部分的透射率可通过改变薄膜的厚度或溶胶中染料的浓度而进行调控.运用光谱分析法研究了彩色玻璃的耐磨损、耐刮擦、耐腐蚀和抗紫外线等实际耐用性能.
