金属材料的各向异性对板材成形性能具有很大影响.本文建立了率无关多晶体有限元模型,并将取向空间中的晶体取向分配给各个单元的积分点.从而对面心立方金属轧制板材冲压过程中制耳的大小和分布,采用晶体塑性有限元分析,并通过试验结果进行验证.高纯铝板在轧制过程主要形成高强的旋转立方织构,织构组分比较单一,因此具有明显的制耳现象,并且制耳呈45°方位.
