利用X射线光电子能谱(XPS),对贝壳珍球层层间断口进行了研究,探讨了有机物的元素组成及其随死亡期的变化.研究结果表明:贝壳珍珠层层间都含有C、Ca、N、O这四种元素,还有少量的S元素,有机质元素含量为C(67.50),O(17.68),N(14.24),S(0.58)at%.层间断口处有机物均匀存在于断口两侧,裂纹在有机物中的路径是曲折的,有利于增韧.对应于珍珠层力学性能随死亡期的变化,层间有机物随死亡期的延长其成份也有所变化.
