以CoCl2·6H2O和H2C2O4·2H2O为原料,运用超声沉淀法制备前驱体CoC2O4·2H2O,然后在300℃下煅烧前驱体制得棒状Co3O4纳米粒子.结合TG-DSC热分析,X射线衍射仪和透射电子显微镜等表征手段研究了最终产物的结构和形貌.结果显示产物为棒状立方相Co3O4,其直径大约为100nm,长度范围为0.4-2.0μm,并讨论了棒状Co3O4粒子的形成机理.
