通过计算机产生随机数确定点腐蚀孔的位置,利用小钻头打孔的方法模拟X60管线钢基体多孔特征进行拉伸试验,测得其弹性模量、屈服强度和抗拉强度,并将理论计算值与前二者比较,给出了三者与孔隙率的函数关系.结果表明,多孔材料的弹性模量试验值随其孔隙率的变化在低孔隙率时与理论预测基本吻合;实测材料的屈服强度也随着孔隙率的增加而递减,与理论预测也基本吻合,特别是较高孔隙率时相近或相同;实测材料的抗拉强度随孔隙率的变化拟合曲线与屈服强度相似,但受孔隙率影响较大.
