以硝酸钡、硝酸铁和氨水为原料,采用柠檬酸sol-gel工艺,制备了M型六角钡铁氧体(BaFe12O19)纳米晶.运用X射线衍射仪和透射电子显微镜等表征手段研究了产物的结构和形貌.结果表明不同的升温烧结工艺对所制备产物的结构和形貌影响很大,升温速率快,有利于片状产物的形成,慢的升温速率易形成棒状产物.并讨论了不同的升温烧结机制影响铁氧体结构和形貌的原因.
