本文以硝酸铅、钛白粉和柠檬酸为原料,采用自燃烧方法合成了具有钙钛矿结构的钛酸铅(PT)纳米晶,研究了柠檬酸与金属离子的摩尔比C/M及氧化度Q对体系所能达到的最高温度和合成产物单相性与结构的影响,从热力学定量分析和实验上确立了低温氧化除去包裹在PT表面残余碳的有效方法.实验表明:当C/M=1.5,Q=47.1%时,可合成平均粒度约为10nm的单相等大PT纳米晶,经300℃空气氧分压条件下氧化除碳,不引起晶粒粗化.
