以纯Mg粉、Al(NO3)3·9H2O粉及Al2O3粉为原料,采用原位自组织生长的方法制备成以MgO纳米线和Mg-Mg17Al12共晶体增强的镁基复合材料.采取超声波搅拌法和一般球磨法混料,通过对试样的示差扫描分析,发现Mg与Al3O3在350℃左右发生反应.当试样在550℃烧结后冷却,两相共晶Mg-Mg17Al12自组织生长形成.采用透射电镜、扫描电镜和能谱分析对烧结后试样的微观形态做表征和分析,并测试其机械性能.结果显示:超声波搅拌混合法制得的生坯组织更为致密、维氏硬度更高.文中初步建立了增强相的原位自生长动力学模型.
