研究了以不同降压幅值进行阶梯降压对铝阳极氧化膜孔阻挡层去除的影响,采用场发射扫描电镜对其进行表征.研究结果表明:阶梯降压法能有效地减薄阻挡层,其减薄程度视降压的幅度而定,采用小幅值降压的阶梯降压过程能有效地去除阻挡层.在降压瞬间,电流迅速减小,然后缓慢回复到一个新的稳定值.大幅值降压过程电流回复时间较长,小幅值降压过程电流回复时间较短.本文还探讨了小幅值阶梯降压过程去除阻挡层的原因.
