本文采用硬脂酸球磨处理ZTA陶瓷粉体,研究了硬脂酸对ZTA粉体的表面改性作用,以及对粉体极性的影响,使用SEM观察了粉体的显微形貌,使用FTIR分析了改性机理.实验结果表明,采用硬脂酸对粉体表面改性,有效改善了ZTA粉体颗粒的分散情况,硬脂酸中的羧基(-COOH)与粉体中的羟基(-OH)发生了反应,在粉体表面形成了有机分子膜,粉体由极性变成了非极性.
