将硫代钼酸盐溶液用喷雾干燥法获得前驱体,通过分解前驱体制备了嵌套结构MoS2.前驱体在650℃下分解5小时获得的MoS2颗粒,具有石榴状球形结构,且内部嵌套有较小的多面体.本文结合已有报道讨论了它的形成和生长机制.
Nested structure MoS2 was synthesized via decomposing the precursor that was obtained from the solution of thiomolybdate compound by a spray-drying method. Decomposing at 650℃ for 5h, the obtained MoS2 particles have megranate-like spherical appearance and smaller nested polyhedron inside. The mechanisms of the formation and growth were further discussed combined with the former reports.
