介绍熔盐电解技术在多晶硅提纯中的研究进展,根据工艺的条件、流程和原理的不同,熔盐电解提纯硅技术为常规阴极电沉积硅技术和固态阴极熔盐电脱氧制备硅技术.综述这两类技术的国内外研究现状,总结各工艺的特点,分析存在的问题,展望应用前景.
