高级检索

对工业纯钛板材进行多道次、大压下量和变方向的轧制,观察显微组织和测试性能.结果表明,工业纯钛板材表面形成等轴状、具有中等到大角度的取向差的纳米晶组织.经过83%压下量轧制的板材表面形成厚度约20 μm的强化层.表面纳米化使纯钛板材抗拉强度提高至860 MPa,延伸率下降至9.5%.
