根据新疆某硫化铜镍矿矿石的工艺矿物学特性,采用一次粗选、一次精选、两次扫选、中矿顺序返回的铜镍混合浮选流程,用碳酸钠作pH调整剂,六偏磷酸钠作分散剂,羧甲基纤维素作抑制剂,混合黄药作捕收剂,得到混合精矿含镍10.89%、含铜4.27%,镍回收率81.61%、铜回收率85.03%,氧化镁含量低于6.8%.六偏磷酸钠能分散蛇纹石与硫化矿物,降低蛇纹石对硫化矿物浮选的影响,而羧甲基纤维素能抑制含镁硅酸盐矿物的上浮,实现硫化矿物与含镁硅酸盐脉石的浮选分离.
