碎石-尾砂充填系统中骨料的配合比直接影响浆体输送系统的稳定性.为确定碎石全尾砂的最佳理论配合比,通过探究碎石全尾砂混合前后极限浓度的变化,获得混合料极限浓度与碎石全尾砂比例关系的函数曲线.曲线表明,存在某个最佳碎石全尾砂比例,使混合料的极限浓度达到峰值;在相当大的范围内,混合料极限浓度高于二者各自的属性值,即碎石全尾砂混合后存在降黏效应.最后通过数学分析,得到碎石全尾砂最佳配合比计算模型.取某矿山碎石全尾砂充填骨料进行分析,计算得到混合料中理想的碎石比例为70%.通过室内配比试验验证,同等输送浓度和灰砂比条件下,当混合料中碎石比例为65%左右时,混合料浆流动性能最佳(塌落度最大),与公式计算结果(70%)偏差控制在10%以内.研究成果具有一定的可靠性,可以为相类似工程计算提供依据.

The aggregate proportion in gravel-tailing filling system is a key factor affecting the stability of slurry transportation system.In order to determine the optimal theoretical proportion of gravels and full tailings, the relations curve of limit concentration and gravels' proportion was plotted, through exploring the changes of limit concentration before and after mixing gravels and full tailings.The curve shows that there exists an optimal proportion which can achieve the maximal limit concentration.Moreover, the limit concentration of mixture is higher than the respective attribute value in most situations,i.e., viscosity reducing effect exists after mixing the gravels and full tailings.Finally, the calculation model under the optimal proportion of gravels and full tailings was established through mathematical analysis.This calculation model was applied to calculate the proportion of gravels and full tailings in some mine, and the optimal gravel proportion was 70%.Through the indoor mixture proportion experiment, it was got that when the gravel proportion in mixture was about 65%, the mixture slurry flow performance was the best (biggest slump).Compared to the calculated result (70%), the error can be controlled within 10%.In this paper, the results are reliability, which can provide the guidance for similar projects.
