利用L16(45)正交试验研究了低品位氧化镍矿酸浸过程中酸浓度、液固比、浸出时间、浸出温度和搅拌速率对镍浸出率的影响.通过极差分析和方差分析对试验结果进行了分析,结果表明,影响镍浸出率的因素显著性依次为液固比>浸出温度>硫酸浓度>浸出时间>搅拌速率.镍的浸出优化条件为液固比为4∶1,浸出温度为100 ℃,硫酸浓度为5.2 mol/L,浸出时间2.5 h,搅拌速率为250 r/min,在此条件下镍的浸出率可达98.23%.研究可为优化类似镍矿酸浸工艺提供参考.

In the acid leaching process of a low-grade nickel oxide ore, the effects of acid concentration, liquid-solid ratio, leaching duration, leaching temperature and stirring rate on the leaching rate of nickel were studied by using L16 (45) orthogonal experiments. The test results were analyzed by range analysis and variance analysis, and the results show that factors that affect the rate of leaching of nickel significance are in the descending order liquid-solid ratio, leaching temperature, concentration of sulfuric, acid leaching duration and stirring rate. It also indicates that the optimum leaching of nickel conditions are as follows: the proportion of liquid to solid of 4∶1, the sulfuric acid concentration of 5.2 mol/L,100 ℃ 2.5 h and 250 r/min. Under the optimal conditions, the leaching rate of nickel is 98.23%. This studg can provide a guidance for optimizing the nickel ore acid leach process.
