湖南某白钨矿矿物组成复杂,WO3含量为0.34%,嵌布粒度细小,主要金属矿物为白钨矿,含有少量方铅矿、黄铁矿、闪锌矿等.试验采用预先脱硫-白钨粗选-加温精选的工艺流程最终获得含WO3 61.80%、回收率75.93%的白钨精矿,取得了良好的选矿指标.

The scheeliteore in Hunan own s complex mineral composition and fine particle size distribution.The WO3content is 0.34%, the main metal mineral is mainly scheelite and a small amount of pyrite, galena, sphalerite etc. A scheelite concentrate with the grade of 61.80% WO3 and the recovery of 75.93% rate can be obtained using the redesulfurization-scheelite roughing-heating selection processand achieved a good experiment index.
