针对深部开采过程出现的地压显现,造成局部采场顶板垮冒危害,采用充填材料回填采空区,同时对充填系统工业运行进行研究.结果显示,从开始充填直至结束的放砂全过程,放出的全尾砂浆浓度都较稳定,当充填料浆浓度为68%,不考虑开关机调整状态,充填料浆浓度波动范围为1%~2%.充填投产至今,制备能力为80 m3/h左右,充填浓度为68%~70%,料浆在管道及采场中未产生分层离析,充填体强度满足要求,系统整体采用半地下结构,确保了充填工艺稳定,该研究的应用对寒冷地区高价值金矿床开采技术保障具有重要意义.

Aiming at ground pressure phenomenon occured in the process of deep mining, which maycause local catastrophic collapse of stope roof,backfilled goaf with filling material was used and the filling system industry was also studied. The results show that the tail slurry concentration is stable during the whole pulp sand process, and the concentration of current shift is 68%. The fluctuation range of filling slurry concentration is 1%-2% regardless of the switch machine adjust state. Since the filling system is put into operation, the preparation of capacity is about 80 m3 per hour;the range of concentration is 68%-70%;slurry in pipe has not occurred layered segregation phenomenon;and strength of filling body can meet requirements. The overall system adopted half underground structure, which can ensure the stability of filling technique. The application of this study has great practical significance to the mining of high value rock gold deposit in the frozen areas.
