在低温高电位热电池正极材料Cu3 V2 O8中分别加入铜粉、银粉等金属粉末及活性炭、乙炔黑、碳纳米管(CN T s)等碳材料作电子导电剂,通过放电测试研究了不同导电剂对正极性能的影响。结果表明,这些导电剂都可使正极放电性能有所提高,并且碳材料比金属粉末更适合用作低温高电位热电池正极材料的导电剂。正极中活性炭、乙炔黑、CN T s的适宜添加量分别为4%,3%和3%,其中CN T s的改善效果略好于其它两种。电解质的添加量对正极材料性能的影响较小,其适宜的添加量为30%。

The effects of different conductive additives on cathode performance were investigated employing metal pow‐ders of copper and silver and carbon materials such as activated carbon ,acetylene black ,carbon nano tubes (CNTs ) to high potential Cu3 V2 O8 cathode for low‐temperature/high‐voltage thermal battery .The results showed that all these conductive additives can improve the discharge performance of the Cu3 V2 O8 cathode .Furthermore ,carbon materials were more suitable used as conductive additives for low‐temperature/high‐voltage thermal battery cathode than metal powders .The optimal content of activated carbon ,acetylene black and CNTs in the cathode was 4% ,3% and 3% re‐spectively ,while CNTs had the best cathode performance improvement of all .The content of electrolyte had a small effect on cathode performance with the propriate composition of 30% .
