透明微晶玻璃既具有陶瓷固有的耐高温、耐腐蚀、高绝缘、高强度等特性,也具有比晶体材料制备工艺简单、易做成大尺寸以及受杂质影响小的优点,同时,还具有玻璃的光学特性,在固体激光器、红外发生器、红外探测器、红外整流罩、核成像与核探测、高能粒子探测、 X射线断层扫描、防护面具、照明和信息等军民用领域都有极为重要的应用,是一类对国家安全和国民经济可持续发展具有重大意义的新一代材料,可望替代国内目前不能生产及制备技术和性能与国外差距较大的透明晶体和透明陶瓷材料,是当前材料领域研究和应用方面的重要前沿方向。简要介绍了高结晶度透明微晶玻璃研究新进展,主要包括稀土掺杂 Na2O-CaO-SiO2(NCS)、 MgO-Al2O3-SiO2(MAS)、 TeO2-Bi2O3-ZnO(TBZ)、 Gd2O3-SiO2(GSO)、 Gd2O3-Ga2O3-GeO2(GGG)等体系透明微晶玻璃的研究现状和发展趋势。

High crystallinity and transparent glass-ceramic has a wide range of applications in solid state laser, infrared generator, infrared detector, infrared domes, nuclear imaging and detecting, high-energy particle detectors, CT scanner, window masks, lighting and information fields, and so on, due to its many excellent properties, such as the inherent charac-teristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high insulation and high strength similar to transparent ceram-ics. Compared with the crystals with high transmittance, the transparent glass-ceramic, it has also many advantages, inclu-ding simple process, large size and less influence from impurity. Obviously, high crystallinity and transparent glass-ceramic is a kind of new generation materials with great significance to national security and sustainable development of national econ-omy, and can be expected to replace transparent crystal and transparent ceramic materials which are difficult to prepare by u-sing present technology and equipment. In this paper, much progress of development in high crystallinity and transparent glass ceramics is briefly introduced, focusing on the research status and trend of Na2O-CaO-SiO2(NCS), MgO-Al2O3-SiO2( MAS) , TeO2-Bi2 O3-ZnO ( TBZ) , Gd2 O3-SiO2( GSO) and Gd2 O3-Ga2 O3-GeO2( GGG) systems.
