以低浓度工业钛液为水解原料,通过自生晶种热水解硫酸法工艺制备出金红石型颜料钛白.考察底水量、加料速率和熟化时间对金红石型钛白粒子形貌、粒径分布及颜料性能的影响,并采用粒度测试、SEM、XPS、TEM及颜料性能测试对所制备的样品进行了表征.结果表明:最佳的水解操作条件为底水量22%、加料速率8.3 r/min和熟化时间30 min,所得金红石型钛白粒度适宜、粒度分布较窄,颜料性能优良;水解条件对颜料钛白性能影响顺序为:底水量>加料速率>熟化时间.
