采用“高频电阻焊+热张力减径+全管热处理+高温矫直”工艺开发了BSG-110TT高抗挤套管,对比分析了不同工艺阶段套管的组织及性能变化规律;对开发的高抗挤套管进行了机械性能测试,并与无缝高抗挤套管进行了对比.结果表明,BSG-110TT高抗挤套管在几何尺寸精度、残余应力、抗外压挤毁性能方面具有较大的优势,且采用上述工艺,较好地解决了焊缝冲击韧性低及抗腐蚀性能差的问题.
